1. Price :

The owner reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. All stays are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking. The prices are inclusive of all taxes and are expressed in Euros. They are understood by night or by week. They do not include additional services. Our service offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site. Any request, whatever its origin, is payable in Euros. Pursuant to paragraph 19 of the Small Business Law, we do not collect and display VAT.

2. Payment :

The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer returns a copy of the rental contract with the deposit before the date indicated on it. The balance of the rental is paid 2 days before the day of arrival. The contract can be sent by e-mail.

3. Tourist tax :

The tourist tax is not included in the basic rates. It is calculated according to the number of people and nights and is payable on the day of arrival. Its amount is set by the municipality which has assigned the owner to collect it from customers and pay it back.

4. Modifications of essential elements of the reservation :

4.1 By the owner :

If the owner is forced at the start of the rental to modify essential elements of a reservation, it must immediately inform the client. The owner may cancel the reservation without penalty and immediately reimburse the amounts paid. If the customer accepts the modification proposed by the owner, an email will be sent to him specifying the modifications made. All price reductions would be deducted from the sums remaining due by the customer. If the payment already made by the latter exceeds the price of the modified service, the surplus must be returned to him before the date of his departure.

4.2 By the customer :

If the customer wishes to modify his reservation, once it is confirmed, we will do our best to satisfy it. In the event that this proves to be impossible, the customer may request the cancellation of the original reservation which will be subject to the cancellation conditions set out in article 5. In the event of illegal or harmful activities for the neighborhood (lack of hygiene , noise, aggressiveness …) would be noted, the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay. In this specific case, no reimbursement of the sums paid will be made by the owner. Any appeal must then be brought before the competent court (art 14). In case of physical resistance, the call to the police will be considered.

5. Cancellation conditions :

The owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation by a client with whom there is a payment dispute, previous occupation dispute, a doubt as to their solvency or to exercise a illegal activity in the accommodation without the latter being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. Any cancellation must be notified by email. In the event of cancellation, a full refund within 48 hours of notification of cancellation will be made by the owner. If the client unilaterally renounces the rental, all sums paid are forfeited. In the event that this renunciation is linked to governmental health measures that prohibit travel, the deposit paid will be returned to the client.

6. Access to accommodation :

Handing over of the keys to the customer on arrival : The Tenant shall inform the owner by telephone or sms of the approximate time of arrival for handing over the keys. The keys cannot be handed over before 4pm.

Handover of the keys to the owner on departure: The Tenant shall inform the owner by telephone or SMS of the approximate time of departure for the handover of the keys. The keys must be handed over at the latest at 4pm (for a weekend rental) or 11am (for a weekly rental).

Under no circumstances may the customer avail themselves of the right to remain in the accommodation after the end of their stay.

7. Guarantee / Deposit :

A deposit of 2 500 Euros will be requested upon arrival of the customer. This deposit will be returned at the latest within 15 days of departure. This period will allow the owner to note any damage, breakage or disappearance of objects, damage or soiling requiring repair work in the event. If necessary, we will repair, replace damaged, broken or missing items in the accommodation. The amount withheld from the deposit will be supported by an invoice or any other document. The customer is held responsible for the duration of his stay for any broken, damaged object and damage caused to the installations.

8. Inventory / inventory :

The furnished accommodation is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedding, linens and household appliances. The customer must report any anomalies and basic failures upon arrival (telephone call, SMS, email). The customer must in his interest, check on arrival, the inventory and the proper functioning of household and sanitary appliances. If no complaint is made within 24 hours, the accommodation will be deemed to be in good condition and the inventory to be correct.

9. Accommodation :

Our accommodation complies with French security standards and is regularly checked. The accommodation may in no case be occupied by a number greater than that indicated on the site.

10. Liability :

The owner cannot be held liable in the event of damage or theft of personal effects in the accommodation. The owner cannot be held responsible for fortuitous events of force majeure or nuisance which disturb or interrupt the stay. Minors under 18 are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents for the duration of their stay. Customers are prohibited from opening the areas indicated as being reserved for the owner.

11. Insurance :

The customer is obliged to insure the premises rented to him. He must therefore check whether his insurance policy for his main residence includes the holiday extension (holiday rental). If it does not, they should check with their insurer. The owner may require a certificate of insurance or, failing that, a declaration on honour.

12. Complaint :

Any possible complaint during the stay must be reported immediately to the owner in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The customer cannot claim any compensation in the event of urgent repairs to be carried out during his stay inside the accommodation.

13. Additional information :

Pets are not accepted, the owner reserves the right to refuse access to it. The provision of internet is free via a WIFI connection present in the accommodation. The traveler is responsible for the use of the internet during his stay in accordance with HADOPI law.

14. Jurisdiction :

The parties attribute jurisdiction to the court of the owner’s domicile.
